Terms of Service

Service status

switch.monster is a live software service that will continue to evolve over time. Features, functionality, and availability may change as we improve the product. Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific uptime or service levels.

Plans, pricing, and billing

• Free access may be subject to account review before it is activated.
• Pro or Custom access may require a manual upgrade, written proposal, or separate agreement.
• Where paid services apply, pricing, scope, and billing terms must be presented to you in the app, in an order form, or in writing before you are charged.
• Your own third-party provider charges, including Twilio charges on your own account, remain your responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use switch.monster only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal telemarketing, robocalling, spam, or deceptive lead generation.
• Violate any applicable telecommunications, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
• Record calls without proper disclosure and consent where required by law.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent access controls.

Your responsibilities

• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding telecommunications, call recording, marketing, and data privacy in your jurisdiction.
• Recording disclosure: If you enable call recording, you must provide appropriate disclosure to callers and obtain any required consent.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, running campaigns, and using the service.

Service changes

switch.monster may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but cannot guarantee advance notice for every update.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or operational risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data may be deleted or retained as required for security, billing, or legal purposes.

Limitation of liability

switch.monster is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
