Service Status

switch.monster is a live software service that will continue to evolve over time. Features, functionality, and availability may change as we improve the product. Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific uptime or service levels.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use switch.monster only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal telemarketing, robocalling, or spam.
• Violate any applicable telecommunications laws or regulations.
• Record calls without proper disclosure and consent where required by law.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent access controls.

Your Responsibilities

• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding telecommunications, call recording, and data privacy in your jurisdiction.
• Recording disclosure: If you enable call recording, you must provide appropriate disclosure to callers and obtain any required consent.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and using the service.

Service Changes

switch.monster may change significantly over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but cannot guarantee advance notice for all updates.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data may be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

switch.monster is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
