Overview
switch.monster is a call tracking and routing platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which third parties help us run the service, and what choices you have when you visit our website or use the platform.
Data we collect
- Account information: Name, email address, login details, support history, and account settings when you create or manage an account.
- Call and routing data: Caller numbers, forwarding destinations, timestamps, duration, routing outcomes, recordings, voicemails, transcripts, AI review output, and lead-handoff details when those features are enabled.
- Website and product usage data: Pages viewed, button clicks, browser and device signals, approximate location inferred from IP address, referrer information, and feature usage.
- Contact and form data: Information you submit through our contact forms, signup flows, support requests, or public forms powered by the service.
Cookies, Google tags, and advertising measurement
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google tags, to operate the website, measure advertising performance, understand site usage, and improve the service. These technologies may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, local storage, and other identifiers.
- We use the Google tag for Google Ads measurement and related reporting on switch.monster.
- Google and other service providers may set or read cookies or use similar technologies as a result of our use of their services.
- Where consent is required, we ask for your choice before enabling non-essential Google ads and analytics storage on the website.
- You can also manage ad personalisation through Google Ad Settings and read more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
How we use data
- Provide call tracking, routing, reporting, CRM handoff, forms, and account management.
- Operate and secure the website, troubleshoot issues, and monitor service health.
- Respond to support requests, contact enquiries, and account applications.
- Measure marketing performance and understand which campaigns and pages lead to signups or enquiries.
- Improve the product, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and internal reporting.
How we handle call data
- Sensitive call-log metadata such as caller numbers, forwarding destinations, and source labels is protected at rest.
- Phone numbers are masked by default in standard UI views and standard API responses.
- Raw phone numbers are only accessible through explicit privileged flows for authorised operations.
- Call recordings are stored in Twilio infrastructure and accessed through authenticated proxy endpoints.
- Call transcripts, summaries, and AI review data may be processed to provide search, reporting, lead handoff, and operator tooling.
Sensitive information
We do not intentionally send call recordings, call transcripts, AI summaries, or payment-card details into Google Ads tags for advertising measurement. Google tagging on the public website is intended for website-level measurement such as page visits, ad click attribution, and conversion events. If you enable call recording, you remain responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording and consent laws.
Third-party services
- Google: Ads measurement, tag delivery, and related reporting.
- Twilio: Voice infrastructure, call handling, recordings, and messaging.
- Vercel: Hosting, edge delivery, and runtime infrastructure.
- Supabase: Database and application data services.
- Other integrations you enable: CRM, email, AI, or booking providers connected from your account settings.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies when they act as service providers or when you connect them directly through your account.
Data retention
We retain account data, call logs, and associated metadata while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, troubleshooting, and legal purposes. Call recordings and related data may also remain in third-party systems such as Twilio according to your configuration and those providers' retention settings.

- You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- You can manage Google ad settings through your Google account where available.
